With the DRS opening 20mm wider this year, teams must be careful. If the flap itself goes past its aerodynamic centre then you will be getting lift on the flap. This means the actuator has to put in more work to pull it down to shut it and the wing therefore needs to be stronger in that area because of the force needed to do that. Probabile guasto all'attuatore del DRS per Ricciardo, pare l'ala si sia rotta in mezzo. Vista la maggiore apertura, è necessario uno sforzo maggiore. Un paio di miglioramenti dietro. Esattamente uguale a ieri Per un confronto totalmente inutile e che "triggera" la gente: Leclerc ha migliori T1 e T3 rispetto a Vettel, uguale il T2. La pista si migliorerà ogni giorno ed in più proveranno sempre più cose, soprattutto migliorando la monoposto cercando di affinarla sempre più. The Mercedes still seems better on the kerbs, at T7 for example and their traction is still excellent. Lewis also seems the most comfortable to have just a tiny lift through the ultra fast T9 despite carrying a decent fuel load. The Honda’s gearshifts and engine note seem audibly much smoother than last year and I’m sure Gasly’s on a decent fuel load as he’s just pounding round and round with the Red Bull looking very consistent and balanced. That traditional strong front end in the medium/slow speed corners continues to be a characteristic and you can see how deep Gasly can go on the brakes into T1 and T4. Of the midfield cars, the Alfa continues to impress as a consistently balanced car and looks particularly good in the medium speed corners. Chandhok ha parlato. Ferrari molto buona e stabile nei cambi di direzione e in particolare il retro sembra molto piantato. Mercedes pare ancora un filo meglio sui cordoli, in curva 7 per esempio. Trazione ancora eccellente. Lewis pare quello più a suo agio in curva 9, alzando giusto poco il piede pur con buon carico di carburante. I cambi di marcia Honda e il rumore del motore sembrano all'udito molto più lisci. Gasly è sicuramente con un buon carico di benzina visti i lunghi stint con una Red Bull molto consistente e bilanciata. Molto forte all'anteriore e nelle curve di media/bassa velocità. Gasly va molto tardi alla frenata, specie in curva 1 e curva 4. Delle auto "di mezzo", l'Alfa continua ad impressionare per come sia bilanciata. Pare molto buona nelle curve a media velocità. Leclerc nuovamente in pista. Norris 1:19.9 con C2. Anche Leclerc in precedenza aveva avuto un piccolo inconveniente. Impara bene dal maestro. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
